Achieved well above asking price
Living in Miami for many years, Guy is so organically embedded in the community which brings his natural love for the Miami area so authentic. The easiest process ever, so stress-free. Honestly can't praise him and Josie enough. He got us way above our asking price and worked so hard behind the scenes just delivering us with the best possible price far above our expectations.

Guy was awesome. He really got to know the buyers coming through and built relationships with them. He went above and beyond to assist in getting our house sold. He was genuine and we felt we could trust him. We bought this house from Guy and it was a given we would sell with him. Highly recommend Guy and Josie.
