Dan & Essie smashed the record for a Palm Beach duplex - it speaks for itself!
From the moment Dan and Essie came to our property to meet us, we knew it was the right fit! Their calm demeanour, no nonsense approach and hunger for our business stood out. We explained to Dan and Essie the property was not ready for sale just yet (still in construction mode) and they had a few weeks to demonstrate their hunger to us - and they absolutely did so. Throughout our campaign, we felt supported, like what was important to us was being heard and apart from preparing our home prior to any marketing or open homes, we could then throw them the keys and know it was in great hands. We didn't feel the need to micro-manage the process (which for control freaks like us was SUCH a breath of fresh air!) For our marketing campaign, what was put out into the world via the usual websites and social media, when mixed with our own social media platforms for our projects felt like just the right mix. It was the numerous articles in the GC Bulletin and Courier Mail that had really thrown the property into the spotlight - a move Dan had made by introducing me to the GC Bulletin Real Estate journalist. We made a decision to time our Auction as the last auction amongst a selection of other properties that were going under the hammer prior - a risky move, but we had faith the right buyer would wait for our property. We lost 3 buyers to these other properties, but our confidence in the work Dan and Essie was doing remained strong with 8 offers prior to Auction. Come Auction Day, there was a sense of calm in us, feeling like we had 5 very strong registered bidders - people who had not been flakey in their registering to bid or low-balled us prior - so it just came down to extracting the right price and the right buyer from that bunch. Auction Day was a HUGE success, selling under the hammer and setting a new record for a Palm Beach duplex - and not just by a little bit. We had a huge goal we wanted to reach and Dan and Essie executed it perfectly on our behalf! Thank you!

Great Combination of Experience, Market Savvy and Enthusiasm

Sale of Estate property
After the death of my father I was not looking forward to dealing with the estate. After contacting Stuart he made the sale of the property easy for me. He had buyers within days and sold prior to listing. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism in this matter.
