From the 1st time we contacted Martin he showed an interest in working with us on the sale of our property, some other RE agents seemed to be interested only in a quick sale at whatever price, as long as they got their commission. Because of some personal circumstances we had to contact Martin on a Sunday evening but he responded within minutes and organised a meeting with us next Monday morning where we signed up the paperwork, he also helped with the transfer of the letting rights with their own people as we were unhappy with the property management we had with someone else.
