After a couple of inspections a smooth transaction was ensured by Nic`s integrity in dealing with both parties. I never felt pressured and I feel Nic was honest about me to the vendors. Negotiations lasted approximately a week with Nic`s clarity and professionalism enabling a good result for both parties to move forward for the next adventure. For me personally that was downsizing into a small unit on the beach. Nic was very helpful in this process and always made himself available for inspections or discussions about my real estate goal. Nic Mckewen was the ultimate professional who actually listened to what my needs where, I cannot recomend him highly enough.
