If we could rate Michael a 6 star we wouldn't hesitate. Michael and his dad Andrew are a really formidable team. From our first meeting we were very impressed with their knowledge of the local market, particularly the Runaway Bay Islands where we live, and as we got to know them better, we were even more impressed by their excellent communication and professionalism. We were not easy clients as we were very inflexible on the terms of settlement as having purchased an apartment off the plan due for completion later in the year, we required a long settlement as we were adamant we did not want to move prior and have to rent for several months. Also we had a sale price which we wished to achieve. Michael and Andrew were very professional in qualifying buyers and in so doing they were able to present us with an unconditional contract which met our requirements. We have no hesitation in recommending Team Harvey to any person looking for a top class agent of the highest calibre.
