Fast and easy

Michael is a man with Honesty, Integrity, superior industry knowledge and communication skills .
Our first meeting with Michael was to provide an overview of our requirements. Significantly, were are not from QLD and therefore felt exposed to many things in this sale process. In this first meeting you get a first hand look at the persons market knowledge and the honesty and integrity which is on display. In a period of 30 minutes we talked about our requirements, importantly we listened to what Michael had to say. Some 3-4 weeks later we travelled back to the area to purchase our new home. We are very pleased to advise that Michael delivered on his comments, the quality, location and range of price. We received exactly what we were looking for in a timeframe that suited our plans. We couldn’t be happier with our new investment and were blessed having met Michael. Finally, post the sale process, it's a wonderful feeling that our dealings with Michael Harvey have been very Professional and we have a peace of mind as we move into a new chapter of our life in Sunny Queensland.

Still amazed - an honest agent!!
Tim is especially knowledgeable about property in the Biggera Waters and surrounding areas. He is that very rare real estate agent who is kind, patient and very considerate of the stressful event selling your home can be. What really impressed me is that he is also honest. We asked him a question that could have meant we didn't proceed with the sale he had in front of us but went to market. This could have been with any agent. He answered honestly. We're still amazed at that today!

Communicated well!
Shaun communicated so well from listing to sale making sure I was fully aware of what was being offered and giving sage advice related to the price discussion. My place was only exhibited once as Shaun has buyers in waiting. He got me a great price with only a 10 day cash settlement, I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic agent!

Very professional
