He made me relax enough to be honest about the price I felt was fair and he worked to get this and the unit sold quickly and for a Good price. We selected Nikki due to her positive, confident will do attitude and she did not disappoint. She was always a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed of the progress with our house sale. We had a contract collapse due to the buyer not being able to sell their home and Nikki was way ahead of the game, lining up prospective buyers quickly and sold the home again within a week.
