Tim has a great approach , no pressure, realistic valuation and invested in your decision to move. He’s a genuine guy and very kind and curtious , always punctual and always answers texts and queries that you may have, I have no hesitation in recommending Tim , not only did he got us a great price on our house he’s also a really nice person.

Extremely professional, courteous and easy to deal with
Michael did an excellent job selling our property. He was extremely professional, courteous and easy to deal with. Michael and Andrew had far more knowledge of the local sales environment and recent sales in the area than any other agent we spoke with. As our build was being completed prior to settlement, there was a lot of communications with the buyers about the build progress, landscaping etc and Michael went above and beyond in this regard being the conduit between us and the buyers to make sure the sale went smoothly. We wouldn't hesitate to Michael Harvey and the team at Harcourts Coastal Paradise Point.

A professional and experienced team
I'd had prior, positive dealings with Michael Harvey as a buyer initially. Even though I didn't purchase through him, I found him very helpful and extremely knowledgeable of the area, and he pointed me in the right direction. Building trust is crucial in any relationship. So when it came time, sadly, to sell my waterfront property, the Harveys from Harcourts Coastal were the logical choice. Michael is very hard working, professional and positive in his outlook. As a seller, communication from an agent is key, and Michael was quick to follow up on inspections and provide feedback. Thankfully, we achieved a positive result and house sold. Thanks Michael!
