Easy honest a pleasure to do business with
We went out to 4 local Agents, 1st one a major brand it was all about them and their huge costs, 2nd one hugely over estimated and never called back, 3rd one hugely under estimated and advise our timing was all wrong, 4th one Nicki an honest and respectful business women, who new her market like the back of her hand, she listened to our expectations was open an honest with the direction we should take, she treated our Tenants extremely well, attracting scores of potential buyers selling the property in just over 1 week, tens of thousands of dollars above our prices and expectation, we recommend Nicki 100% and will use her services again in the future.

Great position
The agent was very helpful especially as we lived in Victoria and couldn't come up to QLD because of Covid. We had some issues with the property that we are fixing but that what happens when you live interstate. Very happy with our puchase

Top Agent in Paradise Point
How lucky was I to have Michael and not forgetting Andrew as my agent. They were so good in helping me and I found Michael always helpful.. well presented and always had a smile on his face. Excellent result just days after listing
Glenys started work on selling my house immediately and achieved an excellent result just days after listing same. I know she was showing several people on an almost daily basis and utilising her extensive data base. She achieved my highest expectation for the house and kept me informed on a daily basis. I was extremely happy with the whole process and she has an excellent back up team to deal with the admin etc.

Best agent we dealt with
Tim was by far the best agent we dealt with in looking for a home in the area.
