Sold in 4 weeks...a seamless experience, no pressure, no dramas
We’ve always called Shaun Mr Ephraim. He has sold many, many properties on the Island and has a great reputation as a successful sales professional and an all round nice bloke. Before selecting him, we did our homework and met with other agents but no one came close to matching his Island knowledge, buyer network and genuine charm. We’re pleased to report that Shaun did not disappoint. He had our property on-line in a matter of days and what would be the eventual buyer came through in the first open home. Needless to say we sold successfully at auction 4 weeks after listing. A seamless experience, no pressure, no dramas. A huge added bonus is Shaun’s business partner and wife, Patrice who brings that important feminine touch to the team as well as his admin team who we found to be extremely efficient and accommodating. Very efficient and knowledgable
We flew up from Sydney on a whim to look at a property which we fell in love with. We are two very happy clients!
