Tim sold our house
We asked Tim to be our agent based on a recommendation from 2 other people. Tim took the time to understand what was important to us, and because he focussed on those things, he always had the appearance that he was in control. He is a nice guy, was on top of market trends, forceful when needed but not aggressive. Tim got us the result that we wanted and I am happy to recommend him to anyone selling their property.

Finally an Agent who actually works for the seller
I first met Andrew on the other side of the fence, tryig to buy a property he hasd listed! I realised very quickly that Andrew was driven only by what was right by the seller, not entertaining under market value offers and conditions. After our first negotiation i knew that he was the man that i wanted on my side when selling future properties. Disrespectful and dishonest.
Andrew Harvey went from looking like a gentleman to being Disrespectful and dishonest. Changed contract details after we had signed (illegal). Negotiated with the buyer and included personal items in the negotiations without our Knowledge or discussion. When we spoke to head of the agency .. their reaction was “too bad basically”. Commission hungry. That’s in our opinion. Very disappointing. Not worth his commission.

Couldn’t be happier!
Steve was a great agent for our first property, so when the time came we listed our second property with him also! Happy with both results. We were in contact throughout the process and I feel as though Steve always went the extra bit required to assure our sales. Excellent Real Property Salesman
As a "spec' builder for 47 years I have come across a lot of real estate salesmen and a lot of them are incompetent but Tim is without doubt one of the best! He is tenacious, forthright, and up to date on values and is well presented.
