I got Tim's details from open agent and I am so happy that he called me back. We listed my house the Thursday before Easter and he had a contract in with 10 days. And what a contract that was. So much better than what other agents told me I could get for my home. Tim was always available and contactable, even after lawyers became in evolved I still called him for advice and he still went to bat for me. I would recommend Tim to anyone looking to sell, or even buy.
