I didn't have much to do with Gavin Trewin during my townhouse purchase. I dealt with his assistant Sam Elliot for a majority of the contract and settlement. Overall, Sam provided good updates throughout the process and his communication was of a good standard. I did not appreciate however been told that I was 'in breach of contract' which was not the case. I am unsure of Sam's intentions and I understand there are multiple parties involved in this process but I did my best to keep Sam informed of developments. I did appreciate Sam's advice and experience otherwise which was useful.
