Gavin knocked on our door after having succeeded in the sale of the house next door. Gavin was very good in taking us on board to sell our home after 22 years. We were not ready and needed six week's to get our home in order for the pictures (which were amazing). Allowing us time to declutter before the first open house. Gavin was quick in letting us know how the open house went and what was needed to get potential buyers in. His knowledge of real estate was remarkable. With in two open house week ends and one private viewing Gavin had our house under contract all within 12 day's listing to sold. I found Gavin very knowledgable with in real estate and did a truly amazing job of getting our home after 22 years sold.
