James is amazing ! He is friendly, professional and just makes you feel at ease the moment you meet him. This whole process has just been very easy and we are very excited for the purchase of the home. I would highly recommend James to anyone selling or buying. 10/10 to James and his team 😊

The professionalism and guidance by Paula was exceptional. All communication with Paula was meticulous in explaining how the process would work in QLD as I am from NSW. From taking the time to commend a lawyer to act for me on the purchase, to also recommending a dependable Building & Pest company. Harcourts Coastal Robina know the area very well and even shared with me information on the Robina area i.e. restaurants, shopping, schools. I highly recommend Paula and her team to any purchaser / vendor looking for a very proficient and motivated team to get the required outcome.

Friendly & Reliable
Duwayne did an excellent job for us selling our existing property and assisting us with the purchase of our new property. He was easy to talk to, gave us some good advice & respected our opinions. Quick sale unexpected
