Good communicator

The whole process went quickly and smoothly with Richard M as he gave clear instructions which I followed and didn’t appear to be playing me off against other potential buyers. Richard went out of his way to make the property available for inspection at short notice. The price was set, I agreed to pay that amount (perhaps a bit more than I wanted to pay in retrospect but rents have gone up since) and the deal was done within a day or two. It was a good investment.
