Selling interstate added an extra layer of complexity, but her professionalism, great local knowledge, and continual updates throughout the process made it so much easier. I never had to chase her up once for an update. We had a couple of bumps with buyers along the way (as you do) but Katie handled everything with confidence and got the deal done for a great price!
