Patient with process and offered help over and above
Very patient with a new purchaser with a more complicated sale and purchase than normal. Emma offered assistance over and above her duty, which ensured a smooth transaction for both myself buyer, and I believe so the seller. A job well done, after a long process.

Stealth with Hundreds of Real Estate Agents. Charlie have to be in the Top 5
Charlie was lucky on this sale. Don take much notice of their Blurb. The figures and the Property Sold it's Self. Turning up a Day early without Charlie and Manager Sharon, was enough to convince me. The next Day with Charlie, sealed the Deal. I think I Pressured him. Still waiting to get hit over the Head with a Big Stick. Think there must be a catch somewhere. Time Shall Tell.

David has great people and communication skills. At no stage did we ever feel "pressured" to accept an offer. He is able to relate to the needs of both the purchaser and the seller . Hence it was easy to reach "a conciliatory common ground" to enable the sale to occur with minimum stress.
