Excellent experience
We were very happy with Charlie’s market knowledge, experience and professionalism. Our comfort with the purchase was slightly compromised by restricted availability of unit for inspection as this is a unit for rental purposes.

Interstate purchase with ease
Best experience we’ve ever had with a real estate agent. We purchased a place in Bargara sight unseen through Charlie when my husband acquired a job in Bundaberg. We were based in Victoria and couldn’t travel due to COVID-19. Charlie was not only helpful in providing video walkthrough and taking calls at times convenient to us he also recommended suppliers and other local contacts so we could make the big move with two kids and two dogs. Charlie was trustworthy, had great follow up and we would definitely buy or sell through him again.
