Better than expected
David Charge recently helped me sell two properties in Bundaberg. Right from the get-go he helped me establish realistic asking prices for the properties and then went straight to work selling them. Both sold quickly and for more than I expected. The little hick-ups that always pop up were dealt with quickly and efficiently and David always kept me informed the minute anything changed - for better or worse. Despite it being a hectic time in the real estate market Emma provided outstanding service throughout the entire sale process. Her initial visit to appraise our property readily convinced us that she was the agent we wanted to work with. She immediately began to guide and advise us by providing styling ideas and suggesting an appropriate marketing campaign. Emma quickly set up an appointment with a photographer and our listing appeared live on online platforms within a short space of time. We were very impressed by the advertising package she produced which generated immediate interest. We sold the house very quickly at a price which was well beyond our expectations. Emma is prompt, efficient, readily accessible and knowledgeable, but what also impressed us was her personal connection to the project. We highly recommend Emma to any prospective vendor.
