Professional, genuine, knowledgeable, respectful, no BS!

I recently sold my place with Joseph Karam from Cobden Hayson Earlwood. Joseph didn’t over promise or give me false hope. He never once pressured me into any decisions. He didn’t inflate my properties value just to get me to sign on. He provided realistic expectations from the get go. I watched him speak to buyers with respect and courtesy, and he didn’t come across like an arrogant REA. We had +80 groups come through to view our place, and he took the time to get to know them all to identify the most suitable prospects. He was able to provide feedback on those buyers, and understand their needs. Joseph was proactive in providing updates on his plan/approach for the sales campaign, and he delivered on what he promised he’d do. With the extensive knowledge of the area, recent and historic sales, it was an easy decision. Thankyou Joseph for all your efforts. A+ for you
