Excellent knowledge of the market and properties in the area areas; always prompt and thorough in communicating with us and also prompt in advising about inspections, potential buyer reactions and responding to enquiries from potential buyers. Very thorough in analysis of the interest of potential buyers and prompt and effective in negotiating a realistic price and exchange of contracts.

I relied on their expertise and commitment to organise the needed work in bringing my house to market, campaign ready. Excellent communication created a transparent and supportive process that transformed the property and provided a stronger foundation for the sales campaign. Michael Harris’ experience and expert knowledge of the current local market delivered in the campaign. There was a clear and transparent strategy and great communication. Michael kept me informed all the way, answered all my questions, was available and clearly knew what he was doing. He pitched it perfectly and the result was spot on. And as a bonus, he was both professional and personable - a great support through the process. Altogether, this was a very smooth operation and one I don’t hesitate to recommend.
