Nick and his team were able to complete the sale of my Mum's property to the family's satisfaction at a difficult time in the market, which was coming off the boil pre-Christmas 2017. Despite no bid at auction, the sale was completed that same day at a good price under auction conditions. Nick has also remained attentive and supportive from exchange through settlement.
