Julie really knows the local market. She is professional, honest and extremely hard working. There was a rather long process in getting my house onto the market and Julie helped me all the way. It was also a very emotional experience and she was understanding and showed empathy, I felt supported. She was always responsive to my questions and any help that I required. Her weekly reports whilst the house was on the market kept me up to date and gave me a realistic guide as to what to expect come auction day. Annandale Presbyterian Church appointed CobdenHayson to be its selling agent for the auction of 40 Collins Street. Julie Hatch and David Carrozza were the agents we dealt with. They understood our intentions and as far as we can tell did the best that could be done to promote the sale. We can’t comment on interactions with potential buyers as that was not observed by us. The regular and full reporting by email was important to us as a committee rather than an individual. The reporting left nothing to be desired. Ultimately the property was sold for less than the original appraisal and valuation and our best expectations, but we understand the reasons for this. Provided the purchaser completes the contract by the due date we are satisfied with the outcome. At all times Julie was professional and easy to deal with. Her advice in all respects was sound.
