I cannot speak highly enough of the way that Rita Lopresti organised and structured the campaign and consequent successful sale of our house. Throughout, her professionalism, experience, communication skills and delightful manner were of the highest calibre. Having once instructed Rita from Cobden and Hayson she organised the marketing and necessities required with remarkable efficiency and good taste. The brisk campaign was conducted over a four-week period which included the successful auction. Throughout the campaign Rita maintained continuous contact, always informing us of the feedback both favourable and negative which in conjunction with her advice was so important in helping us to arrive at a realistic reserve.
