Great communication!

We had a great experience with Chad in selling our apartment in Drummoyne. Chad was diligent about calling us after every open home, providing us with detailed info, and responding quickly to any ad-hoc questions we had along the way. He gave good advice on strategy and approach, clearly built up from years of experience. In addition, he helped with the comings and goings of tradesmen during a reno prior to the campaign, which was certainly above and beyond. Ultimately, he achieved a great outcome on the sale price and terms. I would hire Chad again without hesitation.
