Professional, knowledgeable, personable & understanding of the clients needs.
From the initial meeting my mum & I had with Joseph we knew he was the agent we wanted to sell the house. He presented himself with professionalism outlining the step by step process & clarifying any questions or doubts we had. He made us fell at ease & comfortable with no pressure at all put on us to make a rushed decision. My mum is 80 years old & this was her home since 1979 so it was important that she felt comfortable & connected with the agent. Joseph kept us informed regularly on his search for the right buyer & was always available to take my calls with any questions. He walked us thru each step of the documentation process ensuring everything was clear & stress free. Rightly or wrongly there's a stigma attached to real estate agents as being insincere, self important & treating clients as purely a business transaction. Joseph is everything opposite to that stigma. He was genially sincere in his caring & understanding for ensuring we were happy, clear & informed at every step. He showed us thru his actions that he has a true respect for the client & wanting to deliver the best possible outcome for the client. We would have no hesitation in recommending Joseph to anyone buying or selling a property.

Excellent Service
I considered offers from 3 agents. When I met with Joseph, I felt that he was someone I could communicate with. Joseph provided me with a clear strategy. Their marketing of mum's home followed that strategy and we were pleased with the interest that the marketing produced. Our home did not sell at Auction. After the Auction, Joseph and Jim negotiated a fair price for the sale of my mother's home. Dedicated and Knowledgeable Agent
Joseph is a dedicated and experienced agent who was there for me every step of the way from the moment I selected him as an agent to the successful sale of the house at auction. He was very clear with his communication, answered all questions I had and always kept me updated throughout the whole campaign about potential buyers and their feedback after each inspection. From the first phone call, Joseph helped us take the stress out of selling our property We spoke to other agents, but Joseph made use feel comfortable with the process, he clearly communicated all the steps required to list our property, and he took care of everything in record time…as we wanted it listed asap!
