Great agent!
Santos was helpful with the whole sale process of my house which I had owned for over 40 year. He suggested I clean & tidy up, and even recommended someone to help me make the house presentable so that buyers could see the potential. I had a good result in only 2 weeks. Santos is a great agent and a communicator!
Santos and the staff at R&W Leichhardt made the sale of my house easy and effortless. My initial meeting with Santos was positive and communication was professional and straightforward without any misunderstandings. Santos went over the contract explaining the procedures and timeline for the next few months. Santos offered to project manage the delivery of tradesmen and other work needed around the house. A meeting was organised with all contractors and I was able to request work that needed doing and ask face-to-face questions. As Santos provided this wonderful service I did need to worry whether tasks were being completed on time. Santos provided a weekly email to explain visitor numbers, their comments and up-to-date information on the real estate market. If I needed to check on details I could text and leave a message. Santos would respond quickly with an answer and I always felt that I was part of the process. Santos was very honest and forthright in his approach which I always appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Santos and R&W Leichhardt to my family and friends and would certainly use Santos and R&W Leichhardt again in the future.

Enjoyed dealing with Santos
