Very impressed with Santos! I was impressed from the start with his professional approach to selling my apartment. His comparative market analysis was professional and accurate in showing me where the market was at. The difference maker for Santos and Richardson & Wrench Leichhardt, in my view, is they don't just rely on marketing for buyer contacts. They know plenty of good contacts in the industry to get people connected to get a sale to happen. I was kept in the loop at all times, and he was always very friendly. I highly recommend these guys. Santos is refreshingly straightforward. His recommendations to showcase and enhance the best features of our late father's property were respectful and highly regarded. When I first wanted to sell I didn’t have an agent in mind I rang up a few agents including R&W Leichhardt and asked for an appraisal with the view of selling my unit. Santos arrived and I knew from the initial meeting that he was focused and my property would be on the top of his list. Santos suggested waiting until after Christmas to put my property on the market and to get property styling. I was hesitant at first but I thought I had to trust him and I could. The sale of my unit wasn’t just another sale to him he got personally involved and shared my excitement. Santos does everything with his own talents and is just genuine which is what I liked about him. I’m still in disbelief about the result and would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
