Nick was our rental agent for over 10yrs and when we decided to sell our property our experience with Nick was so exceptional and with his knowledge of the area he was the natural choice to represent us. During the whole process Nick kept us informed and provided regular feedback. Above all that, he also managed to secure a sale price well over our expectations. Nick made the whole process a lot less stressful. Highly highly recommended.

On our first meetings with Lars and Nick, we knew we were in capable hands. We were new to the process and we felt very well guided through what can be a very tense experience. Nick explained every part of the process well, so we never felt unsure or uneasy. His consistent and timely communication was really important and appreciated. In what can sometimes feel like you are surrounded by sharks, we felt that both Nick and Lars genuinely wanted to treat everyone in the process respectfully, whilst working towards getting us the best price for our property. We are over the moon with the result and would absolutely recommend Nick and his team to anyone buying or selling.

I'd ever recommend a real estate agent. Nick Arena is professional, highly personable and has a gentleness to him not often associated with the industry. He is a clear communicator, great listener and was a trustworthy adviser when we sold our home. He had excellent contacts to make sure the work that was done to brighten the property for sale was affordable and of the highest quality. I found Nick to be awesome. I was aware he was working for the vendor but he was open and available for us. The settlement was a debacle for us because of bank delays and Nick was incredibly supportive. It was crazy...This guy knows his stuff, get him to sell your property for sure.
