I have dealt with a few sales agents in various suburbs, and Coco Ma's team is absolutely the best of them. Coco is the lead agent on the sale and is definitely busy all the time, but she is also very approachable. If she can't pick up the call at the moment, she called me back afterwards. Sometimes, vendors have concerns that sales agents can be easy at the beginning but difficult after the authority is signed. I had the same concern, but Coco's team has proved to be honest, professional and approachable. I can't tell much difference from the start to the finish.
