From our initial contact until the eventual sale of our property, we found Coco to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and, just as important to my wife and I, very approachable, and along with her associates, we felt like we were part of a team that was solely focused on gaining a positive outcome. Which was indeed the case. Coco kept us up to date after each Open For Inspection (of which we only needed 3), giving us customer feedback and individual comments, and, based on this information, changed from having an Auction date, to having a private sale, which proved to be a successful strategy.
