Smooth selling process and Great result

I have dealt with a few sales agents in various suburbs, and Coco Ma's team is absolutely the best of them. Coco is the lead agent on the sale and is definitely busy all the time, but she is also very approachable. If she can't pick up the call at the moment, she called me back afterwards. Sometimes, vendors have concerns that sales agents can be easy at the beginning but difficult after the authority is signed. I had the same concern, but Coco's team has proved to be honest, professional and approachable. I can't tell much difference from the start to the finish. The whole process was very smooth with the help of Coco's team and the tradies. The market condition has been turbulent in the past several months and my confidence was quite low.
