I was amazed at Andrew’s knowledge and contacts and the amazing outcome he achieved.

I chose Andrew as my agent because of his good reputation and knowledge. Andrew organised everything with a view to price effectiveness. He suggested the homes wow points and how to make them stand out. In very short order he had obtained an offer well above his estimate to me of the homes value. Two offer’s didn’t look right so we rejected them but he continued to work with the other interested parties and got me a done deal on a price I still have difficulty believing.
