They’re always problems and maintenance sometimes Major.. in particular there have been significant problems with the roofs and gutters because we are surrounded by Gumtree’s, which become quite a problem when the weather is wet and rainy, and she has done a magnificent job on that. She knows her tradesmen only uses tradesmen to do good work, and his prices are reasonable. This is quite a gift because property managers are not always competent and conscientious. She selects tenants very carefully we help her a little bit by giving her the latitude to select the quality of the tenant above the final extra dollar and summary skillful, intelligent, extremely professional property manager, which we would recommend highly.
