The initial engagement, securing the tenancy and dealing with Adam was easy and cordial. However if a correction has to be made in the lease agreement, then you will have to deal with Viviana Suarez who is not the politest nor the easiest person to deal with. In addition, you can get automatic emails from Viviana stating that rent is late when rent has been paid on time. No apologies for the automatic email either. So no strategy for de-escalation.
