I can't say enough about this wonderful Real Estate! I have been searching for a rental for over 5 months and had the pleasure of Dealing with Emma! Not only did I get a house but Emma was absolutely brilliant she helped me and my family but also went above and beyond and made me feel like there was hope still when I was ready to give up! My brother and I recently were required to clear out our Mothers Colac home in preparation for it to be rented. This was also the family home that we grew up in, and therefore this also made this decision very diffcult for our family. This process was very demanding and challenging for us, especially as we now live so far away from Colac. We approached Colac To Coast Real Estate to assist, and were very pleased with the prompt service and response to our needs. They showed great appreciation with the amount of work required, and were also very sensitive to our family situation. All bookings to view the property and to conduct paperwork etc were done promptly, and they were always available to answer our questions.
