From the beginning, David was very candid and truthful about the valuation and the chance of a sale. Although initially we were surprised with his advice about not spending money to (possibly) improve the property, his estimate of the type of buyer was spot on and the sale was to the very type of person David said would be interested in my particular property. I am very glad I had David whose experience of the market, his insight into prospective buyers together with his hard work marketing I believe is the reason my property sold for a fair price in an extremely difficult market. The property was sold much more quickly than I had anticipated and David and his wife, Mandy, were positive and extremely helpful making the whole experience much less stressful than I had anticipated.
