Anthony possesses a great deal of knowledge on the Adelaide Hills property market which provided my wife and I with realistic expectations with respect to achievable house pricing and estimated time frames from which to sell. Century 21 created the necessary advertising both online and in brochure formats which focused primarily on the house and it's array of features rather than simply advertising for themselves. This resulted in a period of less than 48hrs between releasing the advertisement online and a realistic offer being made on the property which was both accepted and led to the successful sale of the property.
