Excellent communication and a great result
Colemon and his team were fantastic throughout the whole sale process. They were professional, responsive and always kept us updated with buyer feedback, offers and next steps. He gave clear and practical advice during the campaign, especially when handling pre-auction negotiations and contract amendment requests close to auction day. His communication was calm, honest and efficient, which made the process much easier for us as the vendor. Straight-shooter, honest and easy to deal with
I had an excellent experience buying this property from George as selling agent. The pictures and description of the listing were great - no trick photos and no photo-shopping. The price guide was spot-on and slightly lower than what we eventually paid to buy the property. George was very easy to deal with. He does what he says and communicated clearly, honestly and regularly. This enabled us to complete the due diligence smoothly and quickly. When it came to negotiating the price, everything came together and we arrived at agreement very quickly. I would happily recommend George as sales agent for your property
