Adam was the agent we knew we would choose from the start! Sarah was easy going and attentive and the duo work well together! We sold off the market and with little stress which was what we felt was the right decision for us and I don’t think we would have got the same result with other local agents.

Paula’s communication was terrific, negotiation skills were outstanding, her understanding of all things real estate was great and she went above and beyond to do the little things that mattered!

Adam was recommended to me by a trusted business associate - which I'm very grateful for. Adam was professional, knowledgeable, astute and always on our side. He forecast a possible result higher than other (unsolicited) agents gave - which you might dismiss as an inflated estimate designed to get the listing, except that Adam was able to logically explain how that result could be achieved and then actually achieved it. I was delighted with the result and cannot recommend Adam more highly.

Adam, Sarah & the team were the best. They know the market & kept us calm knowing that we would get the amazing price that we did. They were always there when we had questions or needed reassurance. We found them very down to earth & honest (and lets face it, hard to find an agent like that). There was no push to alter our original expectations & we achieved a super result - all thanks to Adam, Sarah & the team.

Adam and Sarah went above and beyond to help me into my home. I can't praise them enough on their professionalism. Given the current crazy market and how stressful the process is, they made everything so easy and the transaction went so smoothly. Highly recommend them as agents. Thanks guys!

Paula was a fantastic agent who achieved an amazing price for the sale of our property. She knows the area and the market extremely well and we could not be happier with the result. We highly recommend Paula as an agent.

We have just recently bought a house through John, Shelley and the team from PRD Real Estate, after deciding to move interstate. They are very professional, genuine and extremely hard workers. We are very thankful for the incredible service that they provided before, during and after the purchase of our beautiful new home.

Given it was our first home purchase, we had many questions to which Adrian was always available and willing to answer. It made the entire process very easy. Everything went off without a hitch!
