Very happy with this sale. As a first home buyer, Braiden was helpful with market knowledge and understood my needs. He was very approachable and his communication was excellent. As I was overseas while the property settled, he happily worked in with the Buyers Agent looking after the sale on my behalf. Would highly suggest.
Braiden Smith
Braiden Smith has been very patient, understanding and worked extremely hard to sell our property since we accepted him as our agent. What we appreciated about him is that by no means was he ever pushy with us and always let us decide what we requested regarding the sale of our property in all aspects. This is what we wanted from an agent as we have had emotional and traumatic times during the period of trying to sell but Braiden stood by us during all these times and kept up the hard work and eventually got us a great sale. We highly recommend him to all property sellers.

Braiden kept me informed over the 2 to 3 month period we had the unit on the market, never trying to talk me down, more had a positive outlook all the time, just trying to find the right person to buy. A satisfactory result, and I would use him again to either buy or sell.

Braiden Smith is without a shadow of doubt the number #1 Agent on the Gold Coast We found him to be professional at all times, thorough when giving us a valuation, knowledgeable about sales in the area, and gave us expert advice regarding preparation of our house prior to putting it on the market in order to present it at its very best. Braiden ensured the sale of our house went through smoothly with regular communication and attention to detail. Thank you Braiden you were absolutely fabulous! Highly recommended :-)

Thankyou Mark and Braiden, despite the challenges associated with this particular sale scenario, you guys worked your usual magic and achieved a result that Rob and I were completely Ecstatic about. The paint was literally not dry on the walls when the buyers started coming to the property. Can't thank you enough for your calm reassurance and at times blunt honesty, the outcome could not have been better and of course we will be more than happy to recommend your services.

Have history with PRD Burleigh purchasing three properties over last decade. This has been a good experience. First time selling a property through PRD Burleigh. Braiden has been a pleasure to deal with, highly skilled in process. His biggest asset with my sale was his willingness to cooperate with me and my ideas on preparation of home to get maximum results for us. Well done Mate.

We listed and within a few days had a signed contract (30-days, unconditional). Braiden made the whole process easy, diligently keeping us in the loop every step of the way. I’m very happy with the outcome and can’t recommend Braiden and the PRD team highly enough.

The sale of our house could not have gone more smoothly or more efficiently. Braiden provided excellent advice on the advertising options and achieved the full asking price with no negotiation needed. I would not hesitate to use Braiden again in the future.
