What a pleasure to deal with an agent who kept us in the loop every step of the way. Excellent communication skills. A breath of fresh air compared to others in his field. John went above and beyond and had both ours and the sellers best interests in mind.

Wow what can I say about John, he's not just a great person, but he sold my property so fast, got me an increditable deal, helped me with the best reference so I could get a rental...I can't thank him enough for such a good job for selling my house! The best!

John approached us in a proactive way when he could see that our property, in an area he had been successful in, was not selling. His suggestions for marketing and photographs were excellent and cost us very little. The house sold in about 10 days for a good price. He kept in touch very well throughout the process.

I have to say how impressed I was we having Braiden as my Agent. First I was impressed with his professional way of dealing with our first appointment and follow up phone calls. Then I found him to be pleasant, friendly helpful and even patient with me as I tried to make decisions on selling or not. He was so keen for me to have a quick sale which fortunately for me we did with Braiden selling in 3 days with a good price outcome. If you want a young switched on professional to be your Agent with a good understanding of the Local Market and people Braiden Smith is the Agent you need.

John Fischer understood the market place and was understanding to our selling needs. John was in constant contact and went out of his way after hours to ensure that the buyer felt welcomed which made an easier transition for the sale. Well done, we look forward to dealing with you in the future

John had good ideas and a dynamic approach. He did everything he said he'd do, and within very short time was showing our property to interested buyers. He knew how to present the property in the best light, offered to refund any advertising costs once the sale was verified, worked to get the best offers, and wasted no time in closing once we were satisfied with an offer. He was very open, personable and easy to communicate with. I'd recommend him to anyone else wanting a salesperson who can work for them to sell their property.

John Fischer is the best real estate agent that I have ever dealt with. His attention to detail and knowledge of his craft is unsurpassable. I was kept informed at every stage of the proceedings by phone and his courteous and affable manner meant that I felt confident that he would do the right thing by me at all times. I highly recommend John as THE real estate that everyone should use. Denise Harney

We had a block of land that we were selling privately, John rang after seeing the add in the paper on the off chance that we may need some help, I was a bit sceptical at first and told him to ring back in a week in which he did. We gave John the chance to sell the block as well and within a week we had offers $11000 above the asking price through him. I recommend John to anyone selling their property, he showed initiative to make the call from the add in the first place and then came through when needed. A great result.

John acted in a professional and curtious manor whilst handling the negotiation and sale of our property. My wife and I have bought and sold quite a few property's and John was by far the best agent we have delt with going above and beyond what we expected. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family.
