Colleen really understood our property and how to approach selling it. Being quite a unique residence it required a skilled professional to deliver, and Colleen did that in spades. We were on the market for a month and it was sold at our price. She negotiated an interstate buyer and that in itself with the Covid issue was brilliant. The question is would we recommend her and her team to our closet friends and family, to buy or sell our property in the future, then the answer is a definite "YES".
