The moment he stepped foot into our property Dean Delaney's body language showed he was NOT interested in selling our home! He was after the lowest price he could get for our place, so he could get his commission. We had to repeatedly say we would not go for the price he was pushing. Every time we spoke to him about our property his response was Yeah Yeah, Yeah Yeah. He asked us three times in front of potential buyers what year the house was built. He was more interested in buttering up the these buyers, than listening to what us the vendors had already told him. If our home hadn't have sold, he was getting the ass. Louise is a lovely, vivacious, efficient and capable lady who impressed us when we were interviewing possible agencies to sell our home. We knew immediately knew that Louise would be our selling agent and we were not disappointed. She project managed all aspects of the sale and arranged to have the garden re-done, the house washed, freshly painted some rooms and touch ups all through.
