Liam was highly recommended to me by a property agent in colliers. Liam rang me and arrange a meeting to give an appraisal on my deceased parents house and told us straight up he could sell this without any advertising and said he will get us the best price. He then on the first day showed people through and sold it that day. I would use him and colliers again but cannot say enough about this gun realestate agent he is going to go a long way and is very honest as well. Thank you again Liam.

Liam was very personable & thoughtful, he even recognised us from previous inspections. He was more than happy to help with all queries, coordinate meetings with tradies & assist even after the sale was finalised. Liam was very knowledgeable of the area, was always very prompt in communications & gave some great renovation tips.
