A very experienced agent

Whilst I was living in Sydney at the time my unit was vacated and not able to inspect until early October, Guy Smith provided me with a comparative market analysis and advised what the unit would possibly sell for pre-renovation and after renovations and arranged for quotes to undertake the suggested renovations at my request. Apart from internal painting and installation of air conditioner, all other renovations were completed by us. Guy was extremely affable, helpful and provided valuable assistance to us whilst we were renovating. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Guy who kept me up to date from the time an offer was made until settlement and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone wishing to sell. The property was put on the market on 24 November and an offer made on 25 November which was accepted.

Excellent outcome of service

We recommend Guy acting as the real estate agent in the transaction of purchase our property at Carseldine Hamlet. Guy always presented with a friendly persona. He happily shared his local knowledge which assisted us to make a seamless transition to the area and his approachable manner helped make our final decision to purchase stress free . Great agent! Especially for First Home Buyers

Christian was extremely helpful with helping to purchase our first home. He's a down to earth guy and answered any questions we had and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. He's also rather knowledge about the area we purchased in. I'd highly recommend Christian to anyone looking for their first home.
