Hi team members and principal, The community real estate team has been fantastic and helpful in promoting my property 15 holman place, st helens park for a suitable tenant. The photo shot of the property was very clear and clean. Could'nt ask for more. I have had a number of residential rentals managed by Community First RE for some years. While they are not a large agency they offer superior local knowledge and great personal service. The property management team headed by Caitlin are generally able to overcome most tenant issues at the first incidence and handle lease renewals/reletting seamlessly. Darrin the owner offers sound advice regarding market opportunities and is readily available for specific enquiries and assistance. He is a good operator with long experience and is very sound in his judgement. I have used other agencies over the years but found Community First RE to be consistent and fair in all dealings with myself and tenants.
