While this review reflects solely on Kim, it shouldn’t, as we dealt with at least 4 staff from Complete throughout the purchase of our home. We were extremely disappointed with both the communication and customer service received throughout our purchase; from the viewing of the property through to settlement. It appeared as though staff were unable to communicate as a team (providing us differing information from staff member to staff member) which was incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately our experience made it incredibly easy for us not to choose Complete when we decided to sell our previous home.
