My experience with mostly Bryan Paull and Mushood as backup has been as stated in the Headline "fastidious". Very easy and friendly to work with excellent communication. Both were available for contact and kept on top of the contract and its process from start to finish. Extremely happy with their work and professionalism and would have no hesitation to use them again or recommend them to any client.

Great experience throughout
Bryan was great from the start his communication was second to none always at the other end of the phone if you needed something answering. Always punctual and professional and turning up to the open homes in good time to get everything in place before people coming through. We didn’t mind the chocolates he would leave behind also lol. Over the time we spent in selling our unit me and Bryan created a great relationship always having a joke and a laugh. He got us the price we wanted for the unit and worked hard until he got it. I would definitely use Bryan again in the future.

Selling of our unit on the Gold Coast Chris and Tracy Hill
My husband and I highly recommend Bryan and his team at Conjunction Realty. We were kept up to date on every aspect to the selling of our property. Communication with us was excellent, if we had any questions Bryan would always answer or call us back. From the day we listed the property we had people interested and it did not take long to get a buyer. Bryan negotiated really well for us and we got the price we pretty much wanted for our property. I would definitely use Bryan and his team again. We also saved money as we sold our property sooner than we thought so we got some money back from Bryan and his team.
